JBC Property Management is aware that owners will find themselves in a situation
that requires action by the management company after hours. Emergency situations
that damage or threaten the Association or seriously affect owner health,
safety, or reasonable level of personal comfort are handled by our Emergency
Services Program.
JBC Property Management offers the following
emergency services:

Administer and ensure a 24-hour, seven
days per week telephone call program to respond to Association service
related emergencies as defined by the Board and Manager in advance.

Maintain a list of quality independent
contractors that are available 24-hours, seven days per week to respond to
after-hours Association service related emergencies as defined by the Board
and Manager in advance.
