Our staff has the ability to identify and solve your maintenance issues quickly
and effectively utilizing our network of carefully screened independent
contractors who know the level of service and quality our clients expect. JBC
Property Management will assist your Association, through the Board of
Directors, in determining the ongoing maintenance needs of the Association and
establishing programs to meet those needs within the allowed budget.
JBC Property Management offers the
following maintenance management services:

Procure bids, contract services and
oversee Association repairs and maintenance, as advised by the Board.

Inspect property for review of
independent contractor work.

Contract with dependable (licensed &
insured) independent contractors who perform quality work that is completed
correctly and on-time.

Supervise and coordinate the maintenance
of a clean and aesthetic appearance of the common elements.

Receive and record service requests for
repairs or maintenance of the Association's property in a computerized
database to allow for efficient follow up and report generating
capabilities.

Arrange for prompt and satisfactory
response to service requests for maintenance or repairs as permitted by
Association policy, budget limitations, weather, and contractor
availability.

Respond to Board and owner calls for
maintenance needs in a timely fashion.
