Association-owned property. An effective preventative and corrective maintenance
program is necessary to ensure owner satisfaction, as well as to increase
property values.
JBC Property Management offers the
following preventative maintenance services:

Develop and implement a preventative
maintenance schedule of Association assets.

Regular inspections of common areas and
facilities to detect concerns.

Recommend courses of action to the Board
with respect to maintenance requirements and make recommendations for
corrective action for the regular repairs and maintenance.
