  Services - Communication & Meetings - Owners

JBC Property Management will coordinate communication throughout your Association to ensure owners are informed of all relevant issues. To help increase Association involvement and volunteer effort, our managers focus on a comprehensive communications program to educate owners and provide them with a better understanding of Association life.

Through printed Association newsletters to leading online services that provide owners with convenience and accessibility to Association information and activities, we offer a complete and unparalleled solution for our clients and help to build a sense of belonging. With JBC Property Management’s communication programs, owners can even participate in membership surveys and vote - all online. Our sensitive handling of delicate and often difficult day-to-day matters makes it easy to come home to a true feeling of community.

JBC Property Management offers the following services for the owners in your Association:

  • Owners are entitled to prompt and knowledgeable action to any of their questions or requests. Responsive communication is a key priority for JBC Property Management and will be addressed the same day in most cases.

  • Provide access to a 24-hour website that will give owners accurate financial data, meeting agendas and minutes, newsletters, and Association calendars.

  • Provide website enabling owners to pay dues online, view and download Association documents, request maintenance service and report violations.

  • Provide new owners with a welcome packet, including Association policies, work order forms and website User ID and Password (if applicable).

  • Provide proper meeting notice requirements.

  • Prompt response to all telephone calls, emails, and correspondence regarding and problems or concerns during normal business hours.

  • Provide an answering service to meet owner’s needs beyond normal business hours.

  • Owners can elect to receive an email notification of when payments are processed. If elected, our accounting software automatically sends a message to the owner which includes the date payment was processed, the amount and the check number.

  • Association’s website main information page displays general property information including any news about the property and featured documents added to the website.

  • Provide online form which allows owners to maintain contact information by adding or editing contact records for mailing or billing purposes.

  • Provide access to online event calendar which helps the property communicate more effectively with owners by keeping them up-to-date with Association events.
