We believe that providing the proper management to an
Association centers around communication. The systems and personnel of JBC
Property Management are geared towards increasing communication between the
owners, the Board, and the property management company.
One of the most effective ways to help increase support of Board decisions is
through communication. If the owners are informed of the issues facing their
Association and understand why the Board makes the decisions that it does, then
they are more likely to support and comply with those Association decisions. In
addition, effective communication also allows owners to voice their comments,
requests, concerns and ideas so that the Board can make its decisions based on
the best interests of the entire membership. JBC Property Management plays a key
role in building a sense of community and positively affecting owners’
perceptions of their Association through consistent communications and
