When managing a property correctly, efficient budget management for maintenance
and upkeep, cleanliness, security and proper owner relations are critical. JBC
Property Management will create a budget for the following year's operations for
the Board’s review. Your budget will take into account current expenses,

JBC Property Management offers the
following budgeting services:

Prepare the initial draft of the annual operating and
reserve budget for approval by Association and assist in the finalization of
the budget.

Assist the Board in developing a long-term reserve fund
plan.

Annually review the property and the existing long-term
reserve fund to make sure the amount budgeted is adequate to cover projected
needs.

Transfer money into the Association's reserve fund
account.
