You have selected the payment option for ACH
payments to be automatically deducted from your bank account each month.
Please complete one of the following steps.
1. You can set up automatic payment deduction from your bank account each month
by completing and submitting the attached form by
clicking here.
Upon completing, signing and dating the form, please return
the form by mail, fax or email to:

Please follow the instructions listed below:
• Select the My Account link located at the upper portion of this screen.
• You will be linked to the Login Information page.
• Please enter your Account Number and Password to access your Association’s
website.
• Please select “e-Payment” on the secondary tool bar.
• Please select “ADD” at the bottom of the screen.
• Enter the appropriate information and select “Save” at the bottom of the
screen.
Upon completion either one of the steps above, you will have successfully submitted your
information to JBC Property Management to process your monthly dues via
automatic payment deduction. Thank you
