The Designated Voting Representative Form designates the person who is responsible for casting any votes for your unit. For example, if your unit is jointly owned between yourself and your spouse, please note that only one of you may be designated as the representative voter for the unit.  Note further that each unit is entitled to one vote.  It is important that all owners have filed this form with the Association.
