CREDIT CARD PAYMENT (One Time Payment)

You may pay your account balance conveniently and securely with a credit card.

Please follow the instructions listed below:

• Select the My Account link located at the upper portion of this screen.

• You will be linked to the Login Information page.

• Please enter your Account Number and Password to access your Association’s website. (If you do not know your account number and/or password please contact JBC Property Management at 586-254-3000)

• Please select “e-Payment” on the secondary tool bar.

• Please select “Credit Pay” at the bottom of the screen.

• Under Billing Information select “Credit Card”.

• Enter the appropriate information and select “Continue” at the bottom of the screen.

Upon completion of the steps above, you will have successfully submitted your information to JBC Property Management to process your monthly dues via credit card. Thank you
