ON-LINE BANKING PAYMENT (One Time Payment)

You may pay your account balance conveniently and securely via a one-time e-Check.

Please follow the instructions listed below:

• Select the My Account link located at the upper portion of this screen.

• You will be linked to the Login Information page.

• Please enter your Account Number and Password to access your Association’s website. (If you do not know your account number and/or password please contact JBC Property Management at 586-254-3000)

• Please select “e-Payment” on the secondary tool bar.

• Please select “e-check” at the bottom of the screen.

• Under Billing Information select “Bank Account”.

• Enter the appropriate information and select “Continue” at the bottom of the screen.

Upon completion of the steps above, you will have successfully submitted your information to JBC Property Management to process your one time payment. Thank you
