Following are a list of
environmentally friendly services offered by JBC Property
Management:

Owners can pay dues online with electronic
checks, credit cards, or automatically have their bank account debited.
These procedures allow for easy, reliable payment of dues, as well as
reducing the need for stamps and envelopes to mail payments to the JBC
Property Management Operations Center.

Owners can report Association violations or
maintenance needs online through our secure website, reducing Association
printing and administrative costs, as well as reducing paper waste.

Boards can opt to use the JBC Property
Management Online Accounts Payable invoice approval for Board members, which
reduces mailing costs, saves time to disseminate information and improves
independent contractor payment time, as well as reducing paper waste.
