contractors that we do business with are a valuable part of our management
program for our clients. As an approved contractor, you will have the
opportunity to bid for contracts and provide services to the Associations that
are clients of JBC Property Management.
We seek companies that share our high
standards for service and that offer the same commitment to serving our client's
needs as we do. If you are interested in becoming a preferred contractor, please
complete and return the forms listed
below along with any required attachments. If you fail to complete the required
information, you will not be eligible to become a JBC Property Management
“Preferred Contractor”.

Worker’s Compensation Insurance Binder with “JBC Property Management” noted
as a certificate holder
(or in the case of a Sole Proprietor, a State of Michigan Exemption
Certificate for EACH person performing work). If you are a sole proprietor,
you are encouraged to contact the State of Michigan Worker's Compensation
Compliance Division at (517) 322-1195 to obtain the appropriate paperwork.
